The offices of the Village Clerk, Village Treasurer, Mayor, Police Department, Building Department and Village Justice are house in the Village Hall.

The Mayors office, (by appointment only) Village meeting room, Police Chief's Office, Building Inspector's Office, and Village Court Clerk's Office are all on the second floor.

Minutes of the various Boards of the Village of Scotia are maintained at Village Hall.

The Village requires permits for the following activities:

  Any Type of Excavation on Village Property
  Any type of Vending
  Village Parks Use
